AS AN AWARD WINNING CREATIVE DIRECTOR, LABELED A CREATIVE ALCHEMIST; DION HAS HELPED SHAPE THE VISUAL IDENTITY OF THE HIP-HOP INDUSTRY. HIS WORK INCLUDES ICONIC ALBUM AND MAGAZINE COVERS FOR ARTISTS LIKE JAY-Z, DMX, WU-TANG CLAN, NAS, AND LAURYN HILL, CREATING A LASTING IMPACT ON THE INDUSTRY’S AESTHETICS. HE WAS ALSO ONE OF THE EXECUTIVE PRODUCERS OF THE ICONIC SHOW BLACK MARKET WITH THE LATE MICHAEL K. WILLIAMS. MOST RECENTLY HE DEVELOPED AN AWARD WINNING DOCUMENTARY FILM FOR THE BLACK OWNED WELLNESS BRAND 'WELLWITHALL'. IT HAS BEEN SO WELL RECEIVED, IT HAS BECOME A KEY COMPONENT IN THE COMPANY’S MARKETING.

RENOWNED FOR HIS EARLY INVOLVEMENT WITH ICONIC ARTISTS LIKE KENDRICK LAMAR, ARIANA GRANDE, THE WEEKND, AND ZENDAYA, NAIM HAS A UNIQUE ABILITY TO WORK WITH MULTIGENERATIONAL ARTISTS. HIS EXTENSIVE NETWORK INCLUDES COLLABORATIONS WITH MAJOR ARTISTS SUCH AS JANET JACKSON, KANYE WEST, AND MADONNA. CURRENTLY, HE IS WORKING WITH RISING R&B SENSATION COCO JONES AMONG OTHER MAJOR PROJECTS.

We recently developed the award winning documentary short ‘Black Longevity’. Off of its success in the festival circuit, we are now developing it into a series to bring to market 2026.
